Our Mission
The Fond du Lac Area Apartments Association is dedicated to advancing the general welfare of the rental housing industry in our community. We encourage a high appreciation of the objectives and responsibilities of apartment owners and operators in providing adequate privately owned housing. We promote the enactment and enforcement of local, state, and federal laws beneficial to the apartment industry and free enterprise. We disseminate useful information to all members and inspire them to further educate themselves in the practical features of their apartment businesses. We advocate a Code of Ethics to maintain high professional standards and sound business methods among members for the best interest of the industry and public.
Our Commitment
Having united for the purpose of improving the services and conditions of the apartment industry, FDL AAA recognizes the vital role of our members in helping produce housing to meet the needs of the citizens in Fond du Lac County and the State of Wisconsin. We acknowledge our responsibility to provide apartment residents and their communities with the highest possible standards of quality and service. We commit ourselves to supplying and maintaining multiple dwellings which will provide residents with health and life safety, and with pride, dignity and security.
